Details
I have experience counselling adults of all ages who have been struggling with many different issues. I believe that a safe and trusting relationship and environment are core to the counselling process and this underlies my counselling approach. I believe that being heard and feeling accepted gives a person a better opportunity to discover their inner resources and the best way for them to grow and move forward in an emotionally healthy way. My practice is conveniently placed in the EH6 area and I am able to offer flexible counselling times.
