Welcome to Scotland’s home for Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).

PCT Scotland is an association of person-centred counsellors and psychotherapists, founded in 1987.

In June the membership of PCT Scotland voted to reform as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation - a SCIO. You can find further information about this here. The changeover process is underway and you will start to see changes to the website over the coming months.

Person-centred therapy emerged from the work of psychologist Carl Rogers and is based on deep respect for the person. Learn more about PCT.
